This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of VeProxy's proxy network infrastructure services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. VeProxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice or refund.

2 Permitted Uses

Our proxy services are designed for legitimate business and personal purposes, including but not limited to:

Web Scraping & Data Collection - Gathering publicly available data for market research, price comparison, and analytics
Ad Verification - Verifying advertisement placement and compliance across different regions
SEO Monitoring - Checking search engine rankings and SERP data from various locations
Brand Protection - Monitoring for counterfeit products and trademark infringement
Quality Assurance - Testing websites and applications from different geographic locations
Academic Research - Conducting legitimate research studies

3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

3.3 Security Violations

Unauthorized access to systems or networks (hacking)
Distribution of malware, viruses, or ransomware
DDoS attacks or network flooding
Port scanning or vulnerability probing without authorization

3.4 Intellectual Property Violations

Copyright infringement or piracy
Trademark violations
Scraping content protected by Terms of Service without permission

3.5 Harmful Content

Child exploitation material (CSAM) - zero tolerance
Harassment, threats, or stalking
Content promoting violence or terrorism

4 Resource Usage

Users must use network resources responsibly. The following resource abuse is prohibited:

Excessive connection attempts that degrade service quality for other users
Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties
Reselling proxy access without authorization

5 Enforcement

VeProxy reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with this policy. Violations may result in:

1. Warning - First-time minor violations may receive a warning
2. Temporary Suspension - Account access may be temporarily restricted pending investigation
3. Immediate Termination - Severe violations result in permanent account termination without refund
4. Legal Action - We may report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
