  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Traffic balances do not expire
  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be considered within 24 hours of purchase for unused services. Used bandwidth or activated subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Contact support for specific cases.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our platform belong to VeProxy or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeProxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.
